Welcome to the Manoir du Perray, a charming property with a swimming pool, just 15 km north of Nantes, 5 km of the highway Nantes/Angers and 20 km of the airport of Nantes.
Located along the Brittany coast in Loire Atlantique, on the road to Nantes, Carquefou, la Baule, Pornic.
The Manoir du Perray is a restored property. The Manor house sits in 14,000 m² of walled grounds that boast many 100-year old oak trees. For a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle, a weekend, or a longerholiday rental, we’ll be delighted to welcome you to the Manoir du Perray where you’ll find an authentic and unspoilt environment. Inviting and comfortable, our rooms and self-catering units reflect the spirit of the property and the art de vivre of the French countryside. Carefully prepared breakfasts are served in the large living room that looks onto the surrounding fields and pathways which lead to the Manor.

From Nantes:
After leaving Nantes, drive on down the A811 and when you are near Sainte-Luce-sur-Loire, take the 22A exit towards Nort-sur-Erdre / Carquefou-centre. Close to Carquefou, carry on down the D178 to Saint-Mars-du-Désert / Nort sur Erdre / Châteaubriant. After the "Chambres d'hôtes" sign, carry straight on and after the road begins to rise at the small chapel, turn right. Go straight on to the dead end on your right, which is the road to the Manoir du Perray.
From Paris:
Take the A6a motorway to Nantes - Bordeaux, join the A6b, carry on towards Nantes, join the A10, still on the way to Nantes, then the A11 (E50), and when you are close to Angers, take the exit 22 "Nantes-centre, Carquefou, Thouaré-sur-Loire, drive towards Thouaré-sur-Loire, Carquefou Centre, and at the roundabout, take the 3rd exit (D178) towards Saint-Mars-du-Désert / Nort sur Erdre / Châteaubriant. After the "Chambres d'hôtes" sign, go straight on and after the road begins to rise at the small chapel, turn right.
